Shuffle the bean cards and deal 5 cards to each player. As the cards are played in the order dealt, players hold their cards in their hand with the first card in front facing them and the others behind it in order. The order of the cards may not be changed. Place the remaining bean cards in a stack with the coin side up (the draw pile) and the third bean field cards nearby. When a player draws bean cards, he draws them one at a time and places them behind the others in his hand.

On his turn a player must carry out four actions one after the other.

The player must play his first card on one of his fields. If he holds no cards, he obviously skips this step. He can play the card on an existing row (the type of bean must match) or begin a new field. After this first card is played, he may play the second card on a bean field (either the same field or another field. If he cannot play the first card because it doesn't match any of his fields, he must sell all the beans in one of his fields to make room to play the first card.

When a player wants to or must sell beans, he can choose which field's beans to sell. After choosing the field, he removes all the cards from the field, counts the cards, compares the count with the numbers at the bottom of one of the cards, and keeps bean cards (turning the cards over) equaling the number of coins shown for that number. The bean cards not used as coins are placed bean-side up on the discard pile. If there aren’t enough beans to generate coins, all the beans are discarded. Place the coins next to the player's fields. A player may not sell beans from a field containing only one card. If he only has fields with 1 card in each, he can choose one field and discard the bean card for no money.

The player draws 2 cards from the draw pile and lays them face up in front of himself. He can keep both of these cards, but must place them in his fields as his third action. He can also offer them to the other players in trade for cards they offer. He can request a specific card or ask what the player is willing to trade. In addition he can offer cards from his hand. Other players can only offer cards from their hands and can only trade with the player whose turn it is. The numbers of cards traded do not have to be equal. Players must play their traded beans on their fields immediately after a trade is concluded. The order of cards in players' hands may not be changed through trading, but they may trade any card from their hands. To preserve card order, traded cards may be taken from a hand only for the trade itself and not before. In the trading phase, players may also offer to donate bean cards to another player. The player whose turn it is may offer the cards just drawn and/or those in his hand and to any other player. Other players may only donate cards from their hands, and only to the player whose turn it is. If an offered donation is not accepted, the player offering it must keep the card in the same place in his hand. Now, the player whose turn it is, must play any drawn cards he still has. If any drawn or traded cards cannot be played, the player must sell beans to make room.

The player draws 3 cards one by one from the draw pile and adds them to his hand at the back in the order drawn. Play then passes clockwise.

• Players can at any time, even when it is not their turn, sell bean cards from one of their fields.
• They may also buy a 3rd bean field at any time for 3 coins.
• Players may also make promises to other player to trade cards on their turn, but these need not be kept.
  
  

Re-shuffle the discard pile each time the draw pile runs out. When the draw pile runs out for the 3rd time, the game ends immediately. Each player may now sell all the beans in his fields. Players discard the cards in their hands as they have no value. Whoever has the most money is the winner.

새로운 콩 종류 추가와 job 카드의 추가가 원본에 비해 새로운 전략성을 제공합니다. 플레이어는 7명까지 플레이할 수 있습니다.

주의 : 다른 차이점이 없어서 따로 명기하지 않았다면 기본 게임규칙을 적용합니다.

게임은 플레이어 수에 따라 조금 다르게 플레이 된다:

• 6~7명 : Garten-(6번 가든그린콩), Kakao-(4번 코코아콩), Acker-(3번 땅콩) 콩카드를 빼고 시작한다. 첫번째 플레이어는 3장, 2번째는 4장, 3번째는 5장, 나머지 플레이어들은 6장을 받고 시작한다.
• 4~5명 : Kaffee-(24번 커피콩)을 빼고, Kakao-(4번 코코아콩)/Acker-(3번 땅콩) 중 한 종류를 뺀다. 각 플레이어는 5장을 받고 시작한다.
• 3명 : Kakao-(4번 코코아콩), Acker-(3번 땅콩)을 뺀다. 각 플레이어는 5장을 받고 시작한다.

job 카드의 성격상 콩밭의 위치가 분명해야하므로 게임시작 전에 콩밭카드를 깔아놓아 플레이어 자신의 콩밭위치를 표시한다. (원래 기본판에서 사용해도 무방하다)

• 4~7명 : 각 플레이어는 1번, 2번 콩밭카드를 받고 시작한다.
• 3명 : 3장의 콩밭카드를 모두 받고 시작한다.

이 콩카드에 대해서는 다소 특별하게 처리한다:

• 플레이어는 이 콩카드로 2장을 수확하면 금화대신 3번째 콩밭을 얻을 수 있다. 3장을 수확하면 금화로 얻는다. (카드참조)
• 3번째 콩밭으로 얻었을 경우에는 남은 2 땅콩카드는 버린카드 더미로 치운다.
• 만약 이미 3번째 콩밭을 가지고 있다면, 2개를 수확했을 때에는 아무 것도 얻지 못한다. 이때에는 카드를 치우지 않는다.
  
  

각 Job 카드들은 1개의 추가 금화를 벌수 있다. 시작하기전에 별도의 더미로 만들어 잘 섞은 후 테이블 중앙에 놓는다. 각 플레이어는 1개의 job 카드를 집어, 손에 들고 있는 콩카드들의 마지막에 위치시킨다.

플레이어는 언제나 1개의 job 카드를 손에 들고 있어야만 한다. 손에 들고 있는 카드상에서의 job 카드의 위치도 중요하다. 플레이어는 항상 새로운 콩카드를 받을 때마다 job 카드까지 포함하여 뒤에다 카드를 덧붙임으로써 카드가 밀려나오는 것과 같은 효과가 나도록 플레이해야만 한다. Job 카드는 다른 플레이어들과 거래될 수 없다. job 카드를 사용했다면, 플레이어는 자신의 차례가 끝날때 새 job 카드를 하나 얻어 손에 들고 있는 카드 가장 마지막에 위치시킨다.

Job 카드는 차례가 돌아오면 언제나 사용이 가능하다. 카드에 보면 /문자를 사이에 두고 두개의 숫자가 적혀있는데, 이 숫자들은 두 인접한 콩밭의 콩개수를 나타내며 이것이 만족해야 job 카드를 금화로 바꿀 수 있다. 다음은 예제이다.

위 예제에서는 4/0 카드의 예를 들고 있다. 1번째와 2번째는 적법한 예이므로 금화로 바꿀 수 있고, 3번째 예는 4개, 0개의 형태로 인접한 콩밭이 없으므로 금화로 바꿀 수 없다.

만일 콩심기 단계에서 첫번째 카드가 job카드라면 다음과 같은 순서로 플레이한다:

• 1 단계: 콩카드 심기. 만약 job카드가 첫번째 카드라면 이 카드를 반드시 콩밭카드 아래쪽에 내려놓아야 한다. 이 경우에는 손에 들고 있는 2번째 콩카드를 반드시 심어야 한다. 처음 job 카드는 재배한 것으로 간주한다. (추가적인 콩심기는 없다)
• 2 단계: 거래하기. 원래 규칙대로 플레이한다.
• 3 단계: 다시 콩심기. job 카드가 내려놓아져 있고, job 카드의 내용을 만족할 수 없다면 그 job 카드를 job 더미의 맨 아래쪽으로 치운다.
• 4 단계: 새 카드들을 얻기. 3~5명이면 3장의 콩카드를, 6~7명이면 4장의 콩카드를 순서대로 가진다. 덧붙여, 손에 job 카드가 없다면 job 카드 한개를 가져다 손에 든 카드중 가장 마지막 순서에 오도록 집는다. 모든 카드는 집은 순서가 유지되어야만 한다.
  
  

플레이어는 자신의 콩밭을 게임중 아무때나 수확할 수 있습니다. (심지어 자신의 차례가 아니더라도 말이죠.) 단지 1개의 콩만이 심어진 콩밭은 1개보다 많이 콩이 자랄때까지는 수확될 수 없다는 것만 명심하면 됩니다.

주의 : 이것은 원래의 규칙(수확하기전에 모든 필드는 적어도 1개의 콩을 가지고 있어야한다)에 대한 약간의 예외규칙입니다. 나는 (보다 엄격한) 원래의 규칙이 맞다고 생각합니다.

플레이어는 게임중 언제나 자신의 차례가 아니더라도 3번째 콩밭을 구입할 수 있습니다. 이것은 3명 플레이때에는 필요하지 않습니다(시작할때 이미 3개를 가지고 시작하니까요)콩밭구입가격은 4~5명 플레이때에는 4개의 금화, 6~7명 플레이시에는 3개의 금화를 지불합니다.

모든 플레이어는 거래시 손에 들고 있는 어떤 카드라도 거래하거나 무상제공할 수 있습니다. 단, 현재 차례가 돌아온 플레이어와만 거래가 가능합니다.

게임종료조건은 기본판 게임에서와 동일합니다. 3명이서 플레이 할 경우에는 덱이 2번 비워진 이후에 게임이 끝납니다.

• 게임이 종료할 때, 모든 플레이어들이 손에 들고 있는 모든 남은 카드들을 심는다. 테이블로부터 콩을 수확하기위해 이때만큼은 필요한만큼 (가상의) 콩밭을 만들어놓을 수 있다. 하지만 거래는 금지한다. 모든 필드가 수확되었을 때 승자를 가린다.
• 차례가 돌아온 플레이어는 거래를 하는 동안 받은 콩들을 다시 거래하거나 무상으로 건네줄 수 있다. 다른 플레이어들은 손에 든 카드로만 거래에 응해야한다. 이것은 숙련된 사람들끼리의 게임에서만 권장한다.
